Citibank

As a senior designer with the CCB (Citi Commercial Banking) team, I led all initiatives for the CitiBusiness® Online platform. Based on that experience, I was asked to provide initial concepts for a new consolidated platform, CDCB, which integrated the previous platform with 2 others. Since then, I have worked vigilantly to create more modern user experiences, brainstorm ideas, and provide solutions to complex obstacles. I work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers, and development teams.

IG Wealth Management

Recruited to the team to enhance their internal Salesforce application. My primary responsibility was to improve the system's visual appeal and enhance the user experience while ensuring it remained within the Salesforce ecosystem. To achieve this, I audited the existing experience, identified areas of improvement, created visual style guides, produced wireframes as well as visual mock-ups, and completed the project with a highly detailed end-to-end interactive prototype.

TD Bank

I was contracted by DCX and later directly by the Wealth Team to design a new platform that would integrate multiple (26 and growing) legacy applications into a single central desktop application. My responsibilities included defining visual design standards, creating interactive prototypes, and providing UX direction. Additionally, I served as a liaison between teams that were integrating into the platform, guiding them on how to integrate with the platform effectively.
