Senior Application Specialist

Due to the sensitive nature of the work and the strict security measures in place at Citi, it is not possible for me to share any samples of my work publicly. All the work-related files, including my Figma files and testing credentials, can only be accessed through a VPN by clients possessing valid login credentials. However, I am always available to discuss my projects and initiatives, so feel free to reach out to me.

In my daily role, I am responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. I also contribute to design standards and best practices, promote the value of UX within the organization, and provide training and support to my team members. Additionally, I offer ongoing UX support with regular checkpoints to ensure quality, keep myself up to date with the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools, and make sure that all designs comply with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards. I also identify, manage, and escalate risks to ensure timely delivery and proactively address substandard work by offering coaching and guidance to resolve issues.
