Senior UX/UI Designer

TD contracted me from November 2014 to August 2019 as they renewed my contract 7 times. I worked across different teams and lines of business, first with the Digital Channels (DCX) team for roughly the first 2.5 years and then with the Wealth team for the remainder of my time.

When the Wealth Team contracted me directly, I began designing a new platform integrating multiple (26) legacy applications into one central advisor tool. My role included liaison between all affected teams that funneled into this platform while defining Visual Design Standards for all and User Experience direction by supplying teams with wireframes / visual mock-ups / interactive prototypes detailing how to integrate their applications with this platform that I built.

Previously, while with the Digital Channels (DCX) team, I worked across many digital platforms, from desktop to tablet and mobile (iOS & Android), providing mock-ups in line with various established TD Standards and new elements/updates. I worked with Interaction Architects, Copywriters, and stakeholders to produce creative concepts for this Banking giant.
