IG Wealth Management built an "Advisor Portal" application for internal Advisors to manage their clients and assets. After purchasing the Salesforce platform, it was customized with out-of-the-box components, resulting in basic usability and a lack of branding.
As part of my responsibilities, I was tasked with enhancing this recently implemented system with creating a more user-friendly experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. To achieve this, I conducted an audit of the current system, identified areas that needed improvement, created visual style guides, developed wireframes and visual mock-ups, and completed the project with a highly detailed end-to-end interactive prototype.

Salesforce offers a component library that is updated every quarter. This website was constructed by utilizing those components directly as they were provided. The designers utilized these components like Lego blocks and placed them wherever necessary.
My responsibility was to enhance their design by breaking down these components into individual assets such as buttons, accordions, tabs, etc. and customizing them to suit their specific requirements.
